We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All service descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email. When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your property.
Your booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. We recommend that you review all booking details and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
While we strive to accommodate your preferred schedule, availability is subject to change. We will work with you to find a mutually agreeable time for your service.
Our cleaning professionals will arrive during your scheduled time window. If we anticipate being late, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Our pricing is based on the type of service, property size, and frequency of cleaning. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
We accept the following payment methods:
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. For recurring services, payment may be processed automatically based on your selected payment method.
Note: Prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided. If additional services are requested or if the actual condition of the property requires more work than anticipated, we may adjust the final price with your consent.
We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and may offer a re-clean or partial refund at our discretion.
In case of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe for our staff to travel, we may cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge. We will notify you as soon as possible in such situations.
No-Show Policy: If our cleaning team arrives at your property and is unable to gain access, and no cancellation notice was provided, you may be charged a no-show fee of $50.
You agree to provide our cleaning team with access to your property at the scheduled time. If you need to provide keys, codes, or special access instructions, please communicate these clearly before the service date.
While we handle the cleaning, we ask that you:
Please inform us of any safety hazards, including but not limited to: pets with aggressive behavior, uneven flooring, exposed wiring, or any other potential risks. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that a property presents an unsafe working environment.
AHS Firm LLC is fully insured and bonded. Our insurance covers damages caused by our negligence. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
In the unlikely event that damage occurs to your property during our service, please report it within 24 hours. We will investigate and work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our insurance policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services or contact us to request account deletion.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Baltimore, Maryland, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to our services must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
